Payments on school meal accounts are accepted at every school office. Cafeteria cashiers are not able to accept payments.
Students are not allowed to charge additional meals or ala carte items.
Students will not be charged for the first breakfast or lunch meal during the 2024-25 school year.
If students want to purchase additional ala carte items (extra entree, extra meals or only milk), they are required to have adequate funds on their school meals account. Students will not be allowed to charge ala carte items.

- Send checks to Eastmont Administration Office 800 Eastmont Ave, East Wenatchee, WA 98802. Please make sure your student's name and ID# are on the check

To make online deposits to student meal accounts visit our TouchBase link or type the website: (https://wa-eastmont.intouchreceipting.com/)
TouchBase is our web portal used to view school fees/fines or make online payments for items such as lunch accounts, class fees, athletic fees, book fines, etc.
User Name: Student’s 6 digit ID number
Password: Student’s last name. Last name is case sensitive - first letter is capitalized (Example: Smith).
After logging in, click on your student’s name. (You will need to log in separately for each student that you would like to view).
Adding money to your student's school meals account
- Click on student name
- Look for 'Lunch Deposit' button
- Change $0.00 to the amount you want to add to account
- Click 'Buy'
- Click on cart
- Click on blue 'Checkout' button
- Add credit/debit card information (this will not be stored in the system)
- Click on 'Pay Now' (fee of $1.75 per transaction will be added to the total)
- Payments are updated to the meal Point of Sale system at 7:05am and 10:35am

Parent Tips & Tricks
- You can start over at any time by clicking on YOUR FAMILY.
- When you are ready to checkout, click on Your Shopping Cart at the top of the page.
- Clicking either Home or Logout will log you out of the system.
Parents can also select to pay unpaid fees/fine as well as purchase products available to their students using this system.
Payments for school meal account balances owed for prior school years can be made via Student Fee/Fine system.
Eastmont Staff: We are unable to accept online payments at this time. Staff can make payments at elementary and secondary schools Bookkeeping Office or at the District Office.

It is available as a free download on the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
Parents and students can look up nutritional information and allergen information for products served in the cafeteria. The language setting in the app to view information can be changed to Spanish or many other languages if needed. The app will show all foods served in the cafeteria during the week.
Free Summer Meals Information for Summer 2024 all meals must be eaten on site. Children must be present to receive meals.

USDA National Hunger Hotline is a helpful resource for people seeking food assistance. The hotline, operated by Hunger Free America, can be reached Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
Families may text "Food" or "Comida" to 304-304 to find free summer meals.
In order to ensure the health and safety for all students at Eastmont School District the Eastmont School District Food Service Department will immediately begin dietary accommodations, for things such as food allergies, lactose intolerance, or diabetes, upon receiving knowledge that such accommodations are needed. As a follow up to verify that the Eastmost School District Food Service Department is meeting the accommodations of the students the parent or guardian will need to complete the “REQUEST FOR SPECIAL DIETARY ACCOMMODATIONS” form. This form is required to be signed by a Physician and must be submitted to the School Nurse.
The Eastmont School District provides milk and water at all meal service times. If your child is lactose intolerant Eastmont School District will provide an unflavored soy milk. Families also have the choice to send a beverage to school to supplement the school meals. Eastmont School District is not allowed to provide a juice as a substitute beverage when it is not on the menu.
ALLERGEN INFORMATION:
Eastmont School District contracts with Sodexo America, LLC for Food Service Management. We have partnered to provide the following information in order to assist parents that have children with special dietary needs.
If you have a child with special dietary needs, please contact your school nurse. The school nurse will collect the required information on “REQUEST FOR SPECIAL DIETARY ACCOMMODATIONS” Form. The completed form with be shared with the Director of Food Service, who will work with your child’s school to ensure required meal modifications are accommodated.

Each fact sheet provides information about the USDA product, packaging and nutrition facts. Eastmont School District may not utilize all of these products. Please refer specific food questions to the Director of Food Service.

SUN Bucks for Summer 2024
SUN Bucks benefits will be based on 2023/24 school year eligibility approval. Students must be approved for SUNBucks.
SUN Bucks cards are issued by WA State to approved Free or Reduced-price Meal eligible students.
Eastmont does not issue or fund the cards.
Complete the Family Income Survey online here or print the english form here or formulario en español aquí and turn it in to your student's school for eligibility determination. Paper copies are also available at all school locations and the Eastmont Administration Office.
